INTRAPHEX behind the scenes has been working exhausting man-hours to develop and validate new vehicle platforms for the Prodigy One integration along with the March 1st, 2012 finalizing of an acquisition of a portion of INTRAPHEX with a key design and manufacturing partner. By completing the acquisition allows INTRAPHEX the ability to have the immediate benefit of having an additional engineering and design team of more than 20 new software and hardware engineers based in Asia and the USA.
Brad Chapple, Chief Executive Officer who is one of the founders of DIRECTUS in 2009 said, “DIRECTUS remains a well-known and trusted brand today, it became clear that it was the proper time to make these changes and announcements when our manufacturing partner, came together as a part owner of our company and the completion of new unique products that we have ready to release. This is why we felt it’s the proper time to announce the name change, the acquisition and the new products all together.”
Even though the branding is changing the core company ownership and values are still in place under the new INTRAPHEX brand name. The company will continue to design, manufacture and sell products of the highest technology and quality available today. INTRAPHEX will continue to support the current DIRECTUS products in the field 100% on any technical support and warranty issues for the term of those products and warranties.
